What we did:
Installed two Ethix Water Conditioners suitable for industrial capacity to treat hard water used in clothing production. We also provided an additional Scale Jammer system to enhance pipeline and machinery protection. The client is fully satisfied with consistent soft water results and has shown interest in further collaboration.
Project Description
Vinit Yarn Dyeing Pvt. Ltd., a major player in the clothing industry, was facing challenges due to very hard water used during fabric processing. The hardness caused fabric roughness, white scaling on machinery, and reduced dye quality. Ethix installed two water conditioners to treat the hard water and improve water softness. After the successful performance, the client experienced noticeable improvement in cloth texture and dye output. Based on this success, they recently added our Scale Jammer system to further protect pipelines and machinery.
