What we did:
We installed Ethix Water Conditioner at their facility to condition the incoming hard water used in dyeing. The results included improved dye penetration, soft fabric output, and reduced chemical scaling. The client is satisfied and is now considering our Scale Jammer for future enhancement.
Project Description
Ayush Tex Dye Pvt. Ltd., located at Saravali, Kalyan-Bhiwandi Road, was facing major challenges due to very hard water in their textile dyeing operations. Hard water was affecting fabric quality, increasing chemical consumption, and causing scaling inside dyeing machinery. Ethix provided a tailored water conditioning solution that helped reduce water hardness significantly, leading to better fabric texture and longer equipment life.
