Every site should be designed after understanding water quality, flow, end use, available space and operating conditions. A typical project flow may include the following stages:
Review make-up water, conductivity, hardness, pH, TDS, COC, flow, system volume and current chemical treatment.
Evaluate suitable filtration to lower suspended-solid load and protect recirculating equipment.
Assess Ethix Scale Jammer / suitable conditioning approach for the specific flow, pipe size and scale-prone equipment.
Define monitoring points, blowdown, make-up, cleaning and performance-review plan with the site team.
